Link to official join flows. You create the account. Confirm current writer fees on the society's site before you join.

The MLC

Membership signup + how to register works / connect catalog. Qualifying writers: membership is free per The MLC — confirm on their site.

SoundExchange

Official registration for SoundExchange royalties on qualifying digital performances, as applicable to your role.

Register / match works

Per-release checklist: PRO work, MLC work, ISRC, SoundExchange repertoire. Point to society UIs; you click submit.

Optional: admins vs DIY

When people pay Songtrust / TuneCore Publishing instead — published vendor prices as market facts, not advice.

What we need from you

As little as possible.

Free checklist

Read the public checklist anytime. Optional email form for updates. No passwords. No statement uploads.

Paid kit or membership

Pay via Stripe (test mode on preview). After kit payment you are redirected to the kit hub. Membership reminders/gating via webhook come later. Still no society logins and no delegated access.

Filing

Always you. We never file as your agent and never ask for authorization to act at a society.

Your data

Used to run the waitlist and deliver the product you asked for. See the draft privacy policy.

What we will not do

  • Claim unmatched, black-box, or market-share royalties for you
  • Invoice on royalties or take a success fee / percentage
  • Receive, hold, or route your money
  • Log into PRO / MLC / SoundExchange / distributor accounts
  • Dispute splits or say who owns a work
  • Promise that you are owed a dollar amount

The 2027 note

Finish your own registrations before market-share distribution.

The MLC has announced that market-share distribution of remaining unmatched 2021 blanket royalties begins in April 2027. We cite that only as a reason to complete your own setup and matching — not as a recovery campaign.
